1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to JomPanda. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and JomPanda ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the JomPanda platform — whether via the website, Android or iOS mobile app, or any other provided method — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to register or continue using the jompanda platform. We encourage you to read this document carefully in its entirety before using our services.

2. Account Eligibility

To register for and use the JomPanda platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the registration date.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• Not prohibited by local law or any other jurisdiction from participating in online entertainment activities.
• Not holding an existing JomPanda account — each individual is permitted one account only.
• Not previously banned or restricted from using the JomPanda platform.

Jompanda reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until satisfactory age verification is received. Any winnings obtained by members who do not meet the eligibility requirements may be voided.

3. Account Registration & KYC Verification

When registering a JomPanda account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required information includes your full name, identity card number, date of birth, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, JomPanda may request the following supporting documents to verify your identity:

• A copy of a valid MyKad identity card or passport.
• Proof of current address such as a utility bill or bank statement not older than three months.
• Bank account or digital wallet details registered under your own name.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit: The minimum deposit is MYR 10 and is typically credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes depending on the payment method selected. jompanda does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is MYR 30. Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes once all of the following conditions are met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• The rollover requirement for any active bonus has been fully met.
• Account is not under review or restricted.
• Withdrawal requested to an account registered under the same member's name.

Jompanda reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount. This is done solely to protect the security of member accounts.

8. Prohibited Activities & Restrictions

Using the JomPanda platform for any of the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different names or identities.
• Using another person's identity or falsified documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Conducting any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or abuse the bonus system.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Jompanda reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

10. Disclaimer of Liability

Jompanda's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the amount of cash deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
